answer to prompt

my writing style is like bamboo because even the stiffest of trees can crack in the wind but bamboo survives by bending with the wind. i try to stay flexible with my ideas while keeping my own style

As a college student, even if online, you should always try to maintain gramatically correct, but by far your writing has been my favorite. =) Keep up the good work.
